We can induct your new employees into your business (including WHS walk-throughs, policy and procedure acknowledgement, orientation of your business culture etc.), ensure all required HR documents are completed and filed appropriately, ensure that your new starters receive all the equipment they need to commence work, communicate the new starter to the business, update organizational charts and business directory, organise systems access, ensure new starter is entered into payroll and other systems, conduct new hire surveys
